Cancellation and Refund

Our refund and returns policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have passed since your purchase, we can’t offer you a full refund or exchange.

Eligibility for Returns

Unused and Original Condition: Your item must be unused and in the same condition you received. It must also be in the original packaging.
Non-Returnable Items: Perishable, intimate or sanitary goods, hazardous materials, flammable liquids or gases, gift cards, downloadable software products, and some health and personal care items.

Required Documentation

Proof of Purchase: To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
No Manufacturer Returns: Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.

Partial Refunds

Partial refunds are granted in the following situations:

Books with obvious signs of use
CDs, DVDs, VHS tapes, software, video games, cassette tapes, or vinyl records that have been opened
Items not in their original condition, damaged, or missing parts for reasons not due to our error
Items returned more than 30 days after delivery

Refund Process

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within a certain number of days.

Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven’t received a refund yet, please:

Check your bank account again.
Contact your credit card company; it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Contact your bank; there is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Sale Items

Only regular priced items may be refunded. Sale items cannot be refunded.

Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at connect@selfhelpguide.online and send your item to: Pallahara, Angul, Odisha.

Gifts

If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver.

Shipping Returns

To return your product, mail it to: Pallahara, Angul, Odisha. You will be responsible for paying your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

If you are returning more expensive items, consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

Class Cancellations and Refunds

We understand that sometimes plans change. If you can no longer make it to the class, please email us in advance at connect@selfhelpguide.online. Refunds will be made as per the policies mentioned below. We strive to maintain the highest standards of quality, and as with everything we do at SelfHelpGuide, you get a 100% Satisfaction Guarantee.

Policy A applies to all SelfHelpGuide courses under Digital Marketing, Data Science, and Python.

Cancellations prior to the course: Full refund if you can’t attend before the course starts.
Withdrawals during the Course: 100% refund within the first 2 classes. No refunds after more than 2 days of attendance.
Batch Transfers: Free to change batches before the course starts or if unable to continue.

Policy B applies to all Self-Paced Programs (E-Learning Programs).

Access Extensions: Extend access by a month for free, beyond that, pay 50% of the course price.

Note: All cancellation, rescheduling, and substitution requests must be notified by email at connect@selfhelpguide.online. No refunds for downloaded course material or non-attendance without prior notice.

SelfHelpGuide reserves the right to cancel or reschedule courses due to unforeseen circumstances.
